V2Ray Setup Guides

V2Ray Tutorial Hub is an independent resource site and is not affiliated with client developers. Our guides, available in multiple languages, cover installation, subscriptions, and routing for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG on Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux. The client downloads page lists download links and platform selection guidance. We do not sell servers or provide subscription services.

Project V and Its Core Implementations

Project V is an open-source ecosystem built around network proxy tools, with V2Ray as one of its core projects. The V2Fly community continues V2Ray development and maintenance, while Xray has grown from related code into an independent core. Graphical clients provide the interface for configuration and operation; cores handle protocol processing and traffic forwarding. They are not interchangeable: whether a configuration works depends on the selected core, its version, and the specific settings.

Download and Guide Maintenance

Download checks verify that link sources match the target platform and processor architecture. Guides are reviewed against actual menus, settings, and workflows; steps involving permissions, system proxies, or TUN explain when they apply. Menus may change between versions. If an option has moved, check the user documentation; for troubleshooting, follow the Getting Started guide. When sharing an issue, hide subscription URLs, access credentials, and personal information.

Responsible Use

This site is for software learning and configuration reference only; it does not guarantee network service quality or suitability for any particular purpose. Follow the laws and regulations where you live, your network’s rules, and your service provider’s terms. Before changing system proxies, routing, or permissions, understand the impact and keep settings you can restore. You are responsible for verifying the authorization, privacy, and availability of third-party subscriptions and services.
